Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Payment Terms:

1. For customers having account with Tata Steel, payment will be 100% of the tonnage picked up within a period of 15 calendar days. Tata will invoice the quantity lifted.
2. For customers who are new with Tata Steel, payment will be 100% of the estimated tonnage within 7 days of receipt of the proforma invoice.

Note: In case, the weight of the items is more than the auction quantity, the customer needs to make balance payment to Tata Steel UK before lifting and if the weight of the items is less than the auction quantity, Tata Steel UK will refund the excess amount to the customer after completion of contract. (Not applicable for the items sold on ‘Lot’ basis and not in weight)
